Directions
1. Cut a 5 x 8 piece of cardstock and score at 3" and 6 1/2".
2. Scallop the short edge nearest the 6 1/2" score line with the Cloud Scissors.
3. Fold along score lines to create an envelope.
4. Cut a 2 3/4" section from lunch sack
5. Secure sack to the inside of the cardstock envelope along the score made at 3".
6. Cut a piece of cardstock to 2 1/4 x 8 and a piece of printed paper to 2 x 8.
7. Layer the printed paper on the cardstock, adhering lightly.
8. Wrap pieces around envelope and secure ends to create a band. Don't secure the band too tightly. It be easy to slide off the envelope.
9. Embellish band as desired.
